The presentations will be held at International Conference Hall, in Marine Education Center, NMMST.


Virtual participants will receive the forum link once the review process is finished.


Please submit your presentation slides to the IMLFA Google Drive folder before 23:59 (UTC+8), Wednesday, 11 November 2020.



The presentation time for each student team is 15 minutes. Suggestion: 10 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes for Q & A.


Please do not exceed the time limits.

Please rehearse your presentation several times and testing the slides and other relevant materials to make sure everything is correct and on schedule. Exceeding the time limit is a discourtesy to your audience, the Session Chair and the other speakers.

 

Each room will be equipped with a projector and a computer which is connected to the projector. Normal audio equipment such as microphones will be provided.


All computers will install with Windows 7, Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 (Office), Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player and VLC Media Player.


If you have embedded multi-media content, you could adjust the presentation slides during breaks.


We recommend the speaker to bring your own computer (with HDMI or VGA cables) and USB with presentation slides and related materials.

 

The slide size should be the Standard slide size (4:3).


Make the letters BIG ENOUGH on your slides. We recommend the font size at least 24.


Each slide could only contain 8 lines of text or 4 graphs (figures or tables).


Avoid lengthy tables of numerical data and the uncertain equations.
